Otherwise, your client will not believe you have the expertise and capability to handle BIG sales.                                      Turn Key Services

Ted's Agency, Paradigm Partners, executes all TEAM SELL promotion campaign type projects for Distributor (i.e. incentives, end user promotions, trade show promotions, recognition programs, safety programs, direct mail, consumer promotions, on line promotions, social media promotions etc.). Paradigm will execute the project and either bill the client or bill the Distributor based on credit. All promotion campaign type sales will require a client signed agreement and purchase order. The below chart is the estimated split of promotion campaign type sales (project) gross profit. Simple means a project that has one mailing and runs for less than 90 days. Moderate means a project with multiple mailings and awards and runs for less than 6 months. Complex runs for more than 6 months and includes multiple mailings and awards. Collect to Win is a consumer game which the gross split is noted in Chart . At the time of budgeting, Company will determine the gross profit split. In addition, the Gross Profit (GP) Split between Distributor and Paradigm is also based on an estiamted minimum of 35% Selling Margin. If the Selling Margin falls below 35% then the GP split percentage may be adjusted lower for the Distributor. Commission payment and client billing schedule will be determined when the project is budgeted.
