My promotions have won gold from the Midwest Direct Marketing Association, and my sales accomplishments-including 100% of income goal for 24 straight years, eight years as a sales manager, and nine years as a business owner-have won me plenty of green.

I know sales from the street to the executive suite. My promotion career started right out of college with Sales Marketing, Inc. (SMI) based in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1980. SMI was a Top 100 Promotion Agency. From 1980-1989, I was a sales representative. From 1990-1997, I was the sales manager, while still maintaining my own multi-million dollar book of business each year. While sales manager, I was responsible for offices in Philadelphia, Akron, Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle and St. Paul. In 1998, I started Paradigm Partners, .www.paradigmpartners-inc.com) and in 2006, I launched a new division of Paradigm called The Promotion Coach.

I have been involved in many outstanding promotion organizations, including Direct Marketing Association (DMA); Promotion Marketing Association (PMA); Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE); Sales & Marketing Executives International (SMEI); Promotional Products Association International (PPAI); Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI); and Upper Midwest Association of Promotional Products (UMAPP). In 1990, I was President of the St. Paul Junior Chamber of Commerce, and I have had the good fortune of belonging to other great professional associations as well, including Rotary International, Toastmasters International, and Business Network International (BNI).
